CUSTOMER ACQUISITION &
DIGITAL SALES
Customer acquisition and sales operation via WhatsApp, involving Meta Ads, customer service, checkout, and post-sale support.
FROM ACQUISITION TO POST-SALE
Digital customer acquisition and sales operation conducted through Meta Ads and WhatsApp, involving customer service, checkout, lead recovery, and post-purchase support.

ADS DRIVING CONVERSATIONS
Campaigns were structured in Meta Ads to generate conversations and direct leads to WhatsApp. The work involved creating ads, developing creatives, configuring campaigns, and monitoring ad spend throughout the operation.
Creation and management of campaigns used to generate conversations on WhatsApp.
Visual assets created in Canva for use in the ads.
Ads directed interested users straight into a WhatsApp conversation.
During higher-budget periods, daily ad spend reached approximately R$ 200.
During campaign setup and management, I used AI tools and exchanged insights with people who were already involved in the operation to support decisions around ads, targeting, and budget.

FROM CONVERSATION TO PURCHASE
Leads arrived directly through WhatsApp. Conversations focused on answering questions, presenting the available options, and guiding the customer toward a purchase decision. Once the purchase was confirmed, the required information was recorded and the customer received the checkout link.

Presenting options according to the quantity selected by the customer.
Follow-up messages and offers were used to restart conversations with people who had not completed their purchase.
HYBRID CUSTOMER SERVICE
During part of the operation, customer service incorporated a chatbot for initial reception and recurring questions, while human support continued the following stages of the conversation. The chatbot infrastructure used n8n and a Supabase database to support frequent responses.

TESTING THE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE
Different payment solutions were used throughout the operation before reaching a more customizable checkout experience, allowing different ways of presenting the offer to be tested.
Pix, credit card, and debit card were available depending on the solution being used.
Cakto, InfinitePay, Vega, and Appmax were used at different stages of the operation.
Vega made it possible to work with a more visually customizable checkout page.
The offer included progressive options based on the quantity selected.
ADDITIONAL OFFER
An ebook focused on supplementation for runners was created and added to the checkout as an additional offer alongside the main purchase.

THE SALE DIDN'T END AT CHECKOUT
After the purchase, customer service continued to answer questions and resolve issues related to using the offer. The operation also used referral incentives to encourage new contacts.
Post-purchase assistance for questions and issues reported by customers.
Customers could receive incentives for referring new buyers.
Contact continued after payment whenever support was needed.
OPERATION, TESTING & RESULTS
The operation provided hands-on experience with how acquisition, customer service, checkout, and post-sale support connect throughout a commercial journey.

Generating conversations is only the beginning of the process. Customer service becomes an important part of the journey after the click.
Recurring questions and objections helped identify which information needed to be communicated more clearly.
How the offer and payment options are presented also plays a role in the journey toward completing a purchase.
The customer relationship continued after payment through support and follow-up.
